Just after we published our own review of the Audi’s first electric SUV, Audi released a new special edition called S Line Black Edition, to make it look even better than before. That being said, even the base Audi E-Tron does look good. With its sleek lines, adjustable air suspension and bespoke LED light signature, you really cant miss it.
With this Black Edition, which will be available on the regular E-Tron as well as the Sportback variant, Audi aims to make it look a bit more agressive and special. Package is based on the S Line trim, but offers a blacked-out singleframe grille, badging, black window surrounds and side mirror casings. Also included are black Audi Sport wheels measuring 21 inches in diameter, which form a great visual duo with orange brake calipers behind the wheels.
The Black Edition also comes with three exclusive exterior paint finishes: Chronos Gray, Glacier White and Mythos Black. Rounding of the exterior changes are the dark tinted rear windows and LED lights on the underside of the doors, which project the words “E-Tron Black Edition” onto the ground when the door is open.
Just like the exterior, the same fasion also expands in the interior which is also based on the S Line sport trim. Audi E-Tron Black Edition has black sport seats, with contrast orange stiching and seatbelts. Seat centers and door inlays feature new material called Dinamica, which is made from 45% recycled polyester, while there is also a choice of Calcona leadher.
Audi E-Tron is a good looking SUV even in its basic form, but the Black Edtion aims to make it look more agressive and even more special. Choose one of only three special colors Chronos Gray, Glacier White and Mythos Black, and stand out.
Presales for the E-Tron S Line Black Edition have already begun with prices in Germany starting at 79.350 € for the basic E-Tron 50 Quattro, and 91.750 € for the more powerfull E-Tron 55 Quattro. As we mentioned, the Black Edition package is also available on Sportback versions, costing 2.250€ more than its regular counterpart.
